Many international operators offer tours to the region, including some exciting reaches not offered by other companies. Key among these is US-based company Tropical Birding, Keith Barnes - the lead author of the main book to the region - is an owner of the company, and so you could not be in better hands. If you want further information regarding a multiple-week trip to the region or day guiding around one of the major urban areas, ask us and we may have a solution for you. Independent travel is possible, and encouraged, there are many incredible birding spots to visit throughout the region. In future, we intend on publishing information here that helps facilitate independent travel.
